Consent to personal data processing

I, by my will and in my interest, consent to the processing, including the collection, systematization, accumulation, storage (clarification, updating, change), use, transfer to third parties, depersonalization, blocking and destruction of my personal data - last name, first name , patronymic, contact phone number, e-mail address, Limited Liability Company "IT", legal address: 634062, Tomsk, st. Biryukova, 15 - 36 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), in order to provide me with goods and services (products), including, but not limited to: identification, delivery, provision of services, distribution of information and advertising messages (via SMS, e-mail , telephone, other means of communication), receiving feedback.

I hereby also give my consent to the cross-border transfer of my personal data, including on the territory of foreign states not included in the list approved by Order of Roskomnadzor dated March 15, 2013 N 274 (as amended on October 29, 2014) “On approval of the list of foreign states who are not parties to the Council of Europe Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data and ensure adequate protection of the rights of personal data subjects”, in order to fulfill the above purposes of processing personal data.

I confirm that personal data and other information related to me (last name, first name, patronymic, contact phone number, e-mail address) were provided by me to the Platform by entering them when registering on the unisiter.ru website (as well as sending them in the feedback and order forms services) are voluntary and reliable. I am informed that in case of inaccuracy of the personal and information provided, the Platform reserves the right to terminate the service through the site unisiter.ru.

I agree that my personal data will be processed in ways consistent with the purposes of processing personal data, without the possibility of making a decision based solely on the automated processing of my personal data.

Consent is given by me for 10 years from the moment of registration on the unisiter.ru website (or transfer of personal data in another way) and it has been brought to my attention that after this period my consent is automatically renewed for 10 years.
